Prices include:
light, gas, water, bed and bath linen. Final cleaning of apartment: Euro 110.00. For stays of over one week a change of linen is available at he cost of Euro 30,00.

Time of arrival: 3 p.m. – Time of departure: not later than 10 a.m..

Full payment upon arrival. Caution deposit: Euro 150,00 upon arrival.

Cancellations within 30 days before the date of arrival shall be subject to payment of 50% of the agreed price.

Heating:

To book your stay at Farmhouse Brolio V, please send us an email, specifying your date of arrival and departure, number of persons, address, telephone number (home/office and mobile), and credit card details (indicating expiry date).
Upon receipt of confirmation of the booking (by email), guests are required to pay the 50% of the entire price of their stay.

Cancellations
within 8 weeks before the date of arrival shall be subject to payment of 20% of the agreed price.
Within 6 weeks the 40 % of the agreed price.
Within 4 weeks the 60% of the agreed price.
Within 2 weeks the 80% of the agreed price.
Within 1 week the 100% of the agreed price.

Should guests postpone their arrival or leave before the agreed date, they will be required to pay the entire price of the stay.
